We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before your rental begins to allow plenty of time for setup, testing, and ensuring everything is ready before your guests arrive.

Yes! HoldStill is based in Kingston, Ontario, and proudly serves surrounding communities. Travel outside our standard service area may be subject to a travel fee.

Yes, provided the booth is set up on a level surface in a covered area protected from rain, direct sunlight, and strong winds. If you're planning an outdoor event, we'll help determine the best location.

A standard electrical outlet is required for all booth rentals. Wi-Fi is not required for the booth to operate, though some sharing features may be limited without an internet connection.

Absolutely! Every event includes a professionally designed print layout that can be personalized with your names, event date, logo, colours, or branding to match your celebration.

Our booths are designed to capture groups of all sizes. Most sessions comfortably fit 2–8 guests, and with a little creativity, even larger groups can join the fun.

Yes! During your rental, guests are welcome to use the booth as many times as they'd like.

Popular dates—especially weekends during wedding season—can book months in advance. We recommend reserving your booth as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Your booking deposit is non-refundable, as it reserves your event date. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Full details can be found in our booking agreement.

If our schedule allows, we're happy to extend your rental. Additional time is billed at our hourly rate and is subject to availability.

Yes. HoldStill carries commercial liability insurance, and proof of insurance can be provided to your venue upon request.
